Thanks again to Laura of Red Pens for hanging out and DJing with us on tonight's show! She picked some awesome music (playlist is here) and gave some great life advice (drink plenty of water and don't ever offer to give her drum lessons).

We're very excited to welcome Erica of local band Sharp Teeth as our guest on Girl Germs this Tuesday. Erica is not only a talented guitarist and vocalist, but she teaches little kids how to play guitar - awwww!

Pierced Arrows instudio on Girl Germs

Fred and Toody Cole (of Portland's legendary Dead Moon) stopped by the Radio K studios for an exclusive acoustic performance while on tour with their new band, Pierced Arrows. Toody, the band's accomplished bassist, talked about the duo's DIY ethic and some of her favorite all-female bands. Check out the session and interview here.
